Whole Homestead 10 Year Plan
After your free initial consult, at your Launch Audit (virtual or in person, 90 minutes) together we’ll explore your values, clarify your priorities, and address your biggest questions on the path to greater sustainability. We learn what concerns you most and what you’ve already done; from how you get and use energy, to the age and condition of your vehicles, systems and appliances.
Based on this, your Whole Homestead Plan lays out clear steps and a timeline for modernizing your home by bringing clean energy systems and keeping the weather out, while making it healthier, more comfortable and easier to control. If you’ve had a Mass Save audit (hurrah!), your plan builds on that report. We’ll identify the state and federal incentives that can help fund it.

Help Getting Projects Done
If you’ve got a plan for one or more steps in your energy transition but don’t have the time or know-how to get it done, we’re ready to make it happen.
Here’s how we can help:
Prioritize your projects based on the life expectancy of your current equipment and budget.
Meet with heat pump installers, compare their proposals, help you reach a decision, and get the system installed before your current one breaks down.
Find an EV and set up a home charging system that meets your needs.
Navigate rooftop solar options and installation.

If you are feeling stuck getting your green proejcts done, we’re here for you. We can be your partner! It can be hard to move things ahead on your own. Hire us for a weekly or bi-weekly session to be by your side for hands on help. We’ll work through your list until it’s done. We can help:

Figure out what will make life better for you and your family and get it going. Want to start composting? Plant a pollinator garden? Grow your own herbs? Select new energy efficient windows? Decarbonize your diet?

Pre-project Advising
If you are installing a new system for your home - whether it’s solar panels, heat pumps or an induction stove - we can prepare you for a successful project. In 45 minutes we’ll cover the new options, key features, questions to ask installers, guidelines for evaluating proposals or equipment, as well as the relevant federal and state financial incentives. You’ll be informed and confident of the next steps for your green home.
